The “Tops in Blue” team is composed of Air Force personnel on a permissive temporary duty assignment.
You can apply online or download an application
and send it along with your audition video directly
to Headquarters Air Force Services Agency,
Entertainment Branch, where a team of
entertainment professionals determine your
suitability for the Worldwide Talent Search,
held annually at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.

The 10-day competition includes six main
talent categories and is judged by the outgoing
“Tops in Blue” team and the Air Force Entertainment Production staff.

If you’re interested in trying out for TOPS IN BLUE just tell our talent
scout you’re interested. Our scout will be available at all
TOPS IN BLUE show locations from 1400‐1600 hours on the day of
 the show to meet and discuss the TOPS IN BLUE Talent program
 with you.

 All potential applicants that meet with the talent scout will receive:

•    Special seating
•    FREE back stage pass—where you can talk to
     the current talent and ask questions about life
     on the road
•    FREE video taping of your talent back stage
•    Our fabulous Mission Audition T-shirt...FREE!
